In 2019 we completed a contract awarded to us by Developing Health and Independence (DHI) for the total refurbishment of a 3-bedroom house in Bath in readiness for a Syrian refugee family with a disabled child to live in.
The works included the strip-out and preparation, construction of new internal walls, new kitchen and bathroom, including a wet-room facility with disabled access equipment, external landscaping, flooring and decorating.
All works were carried out to the clients high specification, on time and to a pre-agreed fixed budget.
